Welcome to my site.
My name is Grecelle. I am a Mindset Transformation Specialist. I mentor people on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, breathwork, relationships, business, and life. I am the owner of Lokah Sukhah, a small hotel, bar, and restaurant in Fisherman's Village - Koh Samui, Thailand.
My Story (the last ten years synopsis anyways)
I fell in love with a Scot, moved to Thailand, became a yoga teacher, got married, became a widow, took over a hotel and restaurant by the beach, began using my life experiences (pains, hardships, struggles as well as defeats, wins and conquers) to coach business and empowerment. On the occasional morning I might be found on a cliff at 5am watching the sunrise and hearing your story....
I have been living in Koh Samui, Thailand for ten years now. I have been fortunate enough to travel all over my own country, the USA, and abroad to places such as India, Bali, Singapore, United Kingdom, Malta, Spain, Korea, and a few others. I am now currently settled down with my French Bulldog, Mojo.
I became a coach after losing my husband to suicide several years ago. After over a decade of practicing and six years of teaching, I have come to the conclusion that yoga, meditation and breathwork can help but we must do deeper work if we truly want to heal and embody our authenticity and purpose.
